Written in December of 2008, this song was composed for my thesis film project "The Philosopher's Ball." I find the song still very haunting, and reminds me of a ship passing by a lonely siren, singing a quiet song to enchant sailors. The melody is inspired by Celtic themes, and the harp lilts like a rowboat drifting through the night-time ocean fog (at least in my mind).
